Join Lab

The WIM Lab is eager to welcome students and scholars who are curious, committed, and value community. We welcome folks from within psychology, but also those with similar research interests who come from different disciplinary backgrounds!

At the WIM lab, we pursue interesting and impactful questions using a wide range of methods, and we believe science is best done in a collaborative, supportive environment. Openness, integrity, and mutual respect guide what we do. We share our work transparently, approach ideas with curiosity and humble skepticism, give credit generously, and look out for one another’s well-being. Most of all, we grow together—celebrating both the milestones we reach as a team and the individual successes of our members.

Undergraduate Students

For interested undergraduate students, you are able to join the lab in one of four ways: volunteering, for course credit (PSYC 4398), paid assistantships (currently unavailable), or university programs/fellowships (e.g., PURS or SURF). For those interested, please fill out this application!

Research opportunities can be found through Psych Research, APAPsych Job Wiki, and SPSP.
